Rose Petal Transfer Engraving
Sally Annett developed this uniques technique especially for the ‘Systems of Philosophy’ project. It is a magical process and allows the student to stretch their technical skills and experience in the studio with Annett. Courses are for up to four students and a time and can be fully residential if required. All materials and equipment are included in the price of the course.
Painting and Printmaking
Annett will lead a variety of courses which provide guidance in painting, printmaking techniques, active drawing, photography and mixed media imaging.

Meditation
Annett has trained within a Toledano contemplative tradition for several years and has worked and studied in the UK inside and outside academic structures. Aside from her formal arts qualification she has a masters degree in intercultural communications and leads sessions of guided meditation. She was a 2014 MIT London LASER lecturing, speaking on ‘consciousness’. In 2019 she will begin a regular contemplative session in the atelier.
She will additionally run linked painting sessions for those interested in works which address the themes of arts, science and humanities, notably philosophy.
Guest Teachers and Additional Courses.
Atelier de Melusine will host guest artists and teachers to run specific courses which will include, creative writing, meditation, Kabbalah and yoga.

Rose petal transfer engraving of ‘The Verdant Man V3’, shown as part of the Wrest Park collection of works as pasrt of the ‘Systems of Philosophy’ show. Annett will be teaching her technique of rose petal transfer engraving at various times throughout the year on residential and non-residential courses.
